About Emma
Emma Thompson is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with 12 years of experience advising UK employers and employees on statutory pay, benefits entitlement and HR compliance. She began her career in-house at a 3,000-strong UK retail group managing maternity, paternity, redundancy and sick-pay processes, before moving into independent consultancy.
